We have started the DIET blog to cover aspects of DIET which can be implemeted by the self motivated. We plan to cover recipies which would include popular food with slight modification to save meaningful calories.
We would invite recipies from other parts of the world to add variety. We would like to encourage the users to share their recipies for the common good.
